Overview
This guide is for Portco users who have been asked to resubmit a workflow by a fund manager or admin user. It explains how to access the workflow, view comments, and complete the resubmission.
When You'll Be Notified
If a fund manager or admin marks a previously submitted workflow for resubmission, you will receive an email notification.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log Into the Portal

Go to your portal login page and enter your credentials.
2. Access the Workflow

Click on the Data Collection tab.

Use one of the following methods to find the workflow:

Use the status column to search for workflows marked for resubmission.

Use the status dashboard at the top of the page for a quick overview.

3. View Comments from the Fund Manager

On the workflow page, click View Comments from Approver.

Read through the notes or requested changes left by the fund manager.
4. Make Changes and Resubmit

Begin updating the workflow based on the comments.

Once edits are complete, click Complete Questionnaire to resubmit the workflow.
