For security reasons, the link expires either after the user has successfully reset their password OR 24 hours have passed, whichever comes first. If multiple password expiry links have been generated for the same user, without their password being reset, only the most recent link will be valid.
If your link has expired, simply click on the "Resend Password Reset Link" button on the screen. A new valid link will be generated and sent to the email address associated with the user account.
