How to: Access the Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is where you can find various articles that may assist you when navigating the Atominvest software.


On the main screen you will find some articles available for easy access. However, to get a full view of all the articles and user guides available, you will first need permission from your account manager.


Once your account manager has granted you access to the knowledge base, you should receive a “Welcome” email from us. Click on the "Register to view content" button within the email to set up your login credentials.

Your Knowledge Base account is separate from your Atominvest portal account.

 

Once done, return to the homepage and click on the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right of your screen as shown below: 




After signing in, you should be able to view all the articles arranged by topic on the home page.
