This could be due to the following reasons:
- Your internal IT firewall rules may be blocking the emails and IP address. Please whitelist noreply@atominvest.co, atominvest.co, and 167.89.86.253.
- Please also add noreply@atominvest.co as an email contact to prevent the one time codes from being sent to the quarantine inbox.
- Last but not least, please double check your spam mailbox.
- Note that the PINs expire after a certain period of time for security reasons. As such, please request a new one after the allotted time.
If the issue continues to persist, contact our support team at support@atominvest.co. They will investigate the issue and check our email servers to confirm whether the emails are being delivered.
