# Reporting Portal: One Email for Multiple Documents

**Overview:**

Posting several documents at once doesn’t have to mean several notification emails. If you schedule the auto emails and then send them together from the Scheduled Emails page, each recipient gets one email with a table listing every new document. 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select the Documents: Navigate to Reporting and select the documents you wish to use for the notification by checking the box next to each document.
2. Send Auto Emails: Navigate to Bulk Actions \> Send Auto Emails

3. Select Send XX Scheduled Emails: This number reflects the number of documents selected.

4. Send Scheduled Emails: Navigate to Notifications \> Scheduled Emails. Select all emails and select Send Now. This groups the notifications so that one email is sent per email address, containing a table of documents posted
